What we collect. When you create an account we collect your email address. When you upload an instruction manual, we store the file and the AI-generated guide created from it. When you talk with your AI guide, your speech is processed by our voice provider (ElevenLabs) and AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses; conversation transcripts are stored with your account so your guide can remember where you left off. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat; we never see or store payment details.
How we use it. Solely to provide the app’s features: generating guides, powering voice conversations, tracking your build progress, and managing your purchases. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third-party processors. Supabase (data storage & authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), ElevenLabs (voice processing), RevenueCat (purchase management), Apple (payments).
Your rights. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in My Account → Profile → Delete Account. Questions or requests: support@builditwithbubba.com.
Children. The app is not directed at children under 13.
AI and Third-Party Services Build it with Bubba uses artificial intelligence to turn your instruction manuals into guided, voice-assisted builds. To provide these features, we send limited data to trusted third-party AI providers:
Anthropic (Claude): When you create a guide, the manual you upload or link is sent to Anthropic to read and break into steps. When you ask questions during a build, your questions and relevant manual context are sent to Anthropic to generate answers. (anthropic.com/legal/privacy) ElevenLabs: When you use the voice assistant, your spoken audio is sent to ElevenLabs to convert speech to text and generate spoken responses. (elevenlabs.io/privacy) We send only the data needed to provide these features and we do not sell your personal data. These providers are contractually required to protect your data with the same or equal protection described in this policy and to use it solely to provide their services to us.
Data we collect: your account email; the manuals you upload or link; your guide progress; and your voice conversations (stored as transcripts so you can review them and resume where you left off). We collect this data when you create an account, create a guide, and use the voice assistant, and we use it solely to provide and improve the app’s features.
